Spacious, inviting, and nostalgic are a few words used to describe Ava's Place. Whether you are hosting a family reunion or a wedding, we have the facilities to make your special day memorable. The upper level accommodates up to 200 guests, and the lower dining area has seating for 200 with additional patio dining. Tables and chairs are provided at no additional cost. Kitchen facilities are located convenient to the dining area. The venue can be rustic or elegant. Restroom facilities are available on each level, and ample  parking is available for your guest.

  • positive review  My son got married at Ava’s on 5/11/2019 and it was such a wonderful experience. Mr. Dawson was so helpful and kind. He made sure we had everything we needed. He checked on us during the day while we were decorating and at the rehearsal dinner. The day of the wedding he was there to help do anything we asked. It is a beautiful place. I was very pleased.

    positive review  This is one of the best wedding venues I’ve ever seen! We got married there yesterday and everything went perfectly. Mr. Dawson is so kind and sweet and he is so helpful. He helps with parking and garbage and anything else you need help with. This venue has everything you need. I HIGHLY recommend this venue to anyone looking for a beautiful place to get married!

    5 star review  My husband and I got married on April 30th at Avas Place, and I must say , that was the best and easiest decision we made. It was the first out of 3 venues we toured and we couldn't stop thinking about it so we immediately called Mr. Dawson after our 3rd venue tour and took him our deposit and booked our date. The owners are amazing and will do whatever they can to make your big day special. I couldn't be happier of how our big day turned out. Everyone bragged on the venue and it was the perfect amount of room for the number of guest we had. Thank you Dawson family for making our day so amazing !!
